I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, School Social Worker, and certified Life Coach within the Chicago area. I began my career in the mental health profession in 2012, with the past 12 years inside the Chicago Public/ Charter school system. I'm a Chicago native with a Master's Degree in Social Work from the University of Illinois (UIC).
I love using a Strengths-Based approach when working with the clients, as I am a firm believer that everyone has something that makes them unique. This includes exploring past successes, identifying personal values and passions, setting realistic goals, and building resilience through positive affirmations and gratitude exercises.
Clients can expect to be empowered with the tools necessary to create change, discover new passions, maintain balance, and restore balance.
