Great to meet you!

I am a follower of Jesus, and a former high school teacher turned therapist who loves helping people live through their story. I enjoy working with teenagers, first responders, Veterans, Christian counseling, and anyone else looking to grow through what they are going through.

My approach to therapy

I use Cognitive Behavior Therapy, person-centered therapy, narrative therapy, and whatever is necessary to help you feel comfortable. I don't think therapy is limited to sitting on a couch talking about feelings. I like to include activities you enjoy to help you develop the tools you need to live an authentic life.

What you can expect from me

The goal for your first session is to create an environment where you feel comfortable. The reason you are coming to counseling is because of something you are going through; it is not who you are. I enjoy getting to know the people who come to see me.
