Great to meet you!

I'm Erik Mejia a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). I work with an array of individuals, couples or families to help on the journey of relational therapy. The relationship that we have with ourselves informs the one we have with the outside world and others in our life.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I work with client's in a dynamic way to incorporate strengths, goals and to bring awareness to other common areas that greatly effect mental health. Developing a strong therapeutic alliance allows that work to be manifest.

What you can expect from our first session

A client can expect to be listened to in a deep way, understood and then in that space, work collaboratively to establish goals that are attainable. I create an environment where people feel they can trust themselves to make the changes they need to feel and be fulfilled.
