Great to meet you!

Great to meet you!

The relationships we have with other people often begin with the relationship we have

with ourselves. When those relationships feel strained—or when anxiety, stress, or past

experiences start getting in the way—it can be difficult to know how to make

things better.

I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who works with individuals, couples, and

families to better understand those patterns and create meaningful change.

Therapy doesn't have to be about someone telling you what you're doing wrong. I see it as an opportunity to understand yourself more deeply, recognize the strengths you already have, and figure out what you want to be different.

We'll work together to get there.

As part of Breathable Mental Health, my goal is to make therapy feel approachable and collaborative—a place where you can better understand yourself, strengthen your relationships, and create meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, creative, and focused on your individual strengths and goals. I believe one of the most important parts of therapy is having a relationship where you feel genuinely comfortable being yourself. We'll look at what's happening in your life, the relationships and experiences influencing how you feel, and the changes you'd like to make.

From there, we'll develop realistic goals and work toward them together in a way that feels useful and relevant to your everyday life.

What you can expect from me

First and foremost, you can expect to be listened to.

I want to understand your experience—not simply the problem that brought you to therapy. Together, we'll identify goals that feel attainable and explore the changes that could help you feel more connected, confident, and fulfilled.

My goal is to create an environment where you feel understood and supported while

also learning to trust yourself and your ability to make meaningful changes in your life.
