Great to meet you!

I offer a calm, grounded space where your struggle can be named and honored, faith and doubt are both welcome, and you can slowly begin to feel like yourself again. My style is warm and honest. I’ll meet you with real care and genuine presence, and I’ll also gently tell you the truth, because I believe healing begins when we can finally say out loud what we’ve been carrying for too long. You’ll never feel rushed, judged, or reduced to a diagnosis here.

My approach to therapy

Together we’ll take time to mourn what’s been lost, mend what’s been wounded, and find meaning again, not with quick answers, but with real hope. I draw on 24 years of experience and a deep toolkit, including EMDR for trauma, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for anxiety and depression, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy for the questions that don’t have easy resolutions. But I don’t force anyone into a single method. I tailor our work to you: some people want practical tools and structure, others want space to explore what’s stirring underneath, and many want both.

What you can expect from me

Think of our first session, and the few that follow, as us putting puzzle pieces together. I’ll be gathering information to help us discover your goals and begin to sense what the best path forward might look like for you. There’s no pressure to tell your whole story or have anything figured out right away.

Our focus at first is understanding the here and now, what’s bringing you in, what feels hard, and what you’re hoping for. Then, as we meet and trust builds, I’ll gently get more context by taking a deeper dive into your upbringing and your story, because the present always makes more sense in light of where you’ve been.

Piece by piece, a fuller picture comes into view, and together we’ll shape a path forward that fits you. It’s completely okay to come in unsure, tired, or carrying more than you know how to name. That’s a very human place to begin, and you won’t be walking it alone.
