Great to meet you!

I am a graduate of the University of North Texas with a dual Bachelors in Education and Psychology. I also served in the United States Marine Corps while completing my undergraduate studies. I have a Masters Degree in Clinical Social Work from the University of Texas at Arlington and I am currently a Licensed Clinical Social Worker.

My approach to therapy

My strength lies in my pragmatic approach. I deal with the situation presented to me by clients in a sensible and realistic way that is based on practicality. Whether someone is having trouble with a loss of purpose or navigating an impactful transition such as a divorce, I provide realistic and simple ways to address issues. I present myself in a therapeutic relationship as a teacher, helping others manage their behavioral health while capitalizing someone's own self efficacy.

What you can expect from me

Knowledge of therapeutic concepts and perspectives, a greater understanding, and a plan.
