Great to meet you!

I am a licensed clinical psychologist in both California and Nevada. I received my PhD in clinical psychology with an emphasis in Jungian psychology, specializing in substance use, anxiety, and depression.

My approach to therapy

My focus is within the psychodynamic concepts that allow us to address life experiences. We are solidifying your understanding of what an experience may symbolize for you. I provide therapy that facilitates a deeper understanding of your experience. I see therapy as a medium that can lead to long-lasting change, as a treatment, utilized as an exploration of insight and compassionate engagement, to help you identify what obstacles are getting in the way of your personal and professional growth.

What you can expect from me

I seek to engage in a humanistic, comprehensive therapy, that considers the whole self within the process of treatment. Learning about who you are and your life will allow us to identify strategies and approaches best suited to your goals. Together we will formulate a plan to address what is getting in the way of you thriving in your personal and professional life.
