Great to meet you!

I am a dually-licensed professional counselor and addiction counselor with the State of Colorado. With nearly two decades of experience in working with a myriad of issues whether it's improving life satisfaction/balance, health and wellness, couples relationship or managing societal pressures and expectations. I also have experience in treating mood disorders, depression and anxiety disorders, substance use related disorders, trauma and stress-related disorders in addition to grief work.

My approach to therapy

My work includes individual, couple, and group work in both in-patient and out-patient settings in addition to performing mental health assessments. I use a blend of emotionally focused, existential, attachment, cognitive behavioral, dialectical behavioral, and psychoanalytic therapy.

What you can expect from me

Whether it's individual, couples, or family therapy, my practice is challenging and direct but not judgmental; am open-minded and willing to let individuals explore options in life that may be very different from my own. I am someone who doesn't rush to diagnose and pathologize, and who has a keen understanding of the intricacies of life and the human experience.
