Great to meet you!

I'm a licensed clinical social worker with 15 years of experience in a variety of settings, including psychiatric facilities, world renowned cancer centers, and in private practice to name a few. I specialize in helping people process and heal from traumatic experiences. Having worked in oncology for nearly 7 years, I also specialize in helping people whose lives are impacted by cancer or chronic illness.

My approach to therapy

In each case, you're likely carrying thoughts you'd never say out loud. My job is to offer a warm, honest space where you can finally say them—no judgment, no pressure to be "fine."

What you can expect from me

The first session with a new therapist might feel daunting, like you've got an hour to tell your life story. But the pace is up to you. Our first session together is so that we can get to know each other, determine if working together is a good fit, and brainstorm a few goals you'd like to work toward.
