Anxiety doesn't have to control you. We'll help you rapidly reclaim your life from panic attacks, anxiety, and Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD). Dr. Ashton is a clinical psychologist with over 20 Years of experience in treating the full spectrum of anxiety disorders, mild to severe. We use only evidence-based treatments such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and exposure response prevention (ERP) to get you feeling better fast.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Through education, readings, and assignments you'll learn how to fully beat panic attacks by retraining your fight-or-flight system and to, at the very least, put OCD as background noise using exposure and response prevention (ERP).

What you can expect from our first session

You'll learn a great deal in sessions about anxiety and complete assignments together and on your own (yes, there'll be homework) to reduce or eliminate anxiety.
