Great to meet you!

I understand the unique pressures of pursuing extraordinary goals while balancing the demands of work, school, relationships, and daily stressors of life. My own mental health setbacks as a Division 1 athlete inspired me to dedicate my career to supporting both the psychological wellness and competitive performance of athletes and high-achieving individuals, leading me to pursue a master’s degree in counseling with a concentration in sport psychology from Boston University.

My approach to therapy

Growth and connection are the backbone of my therapeutic style and mission as a helping professional. Establishing a genuine connection with each of my clients is the primary focus at the start of our work together. Once this trust is established, our focus shifts to exploring the roots of your mental health challenges to create personalized solutions for long-term growth and success. We go a step beyond short-term fixes and strive for sustainable mental well-being.

What you can expect from me

Clients tend to achieve the following: Control of their mental health; decreased feelings of stress; personalized strategies and tools; better relationship functioning; long-term solutions to recurring pain points; increased confidence and motivation; improved work-life balance; and consistent goal attainment.
