Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Pennsylvania. I work with adults healing from trauma, addiction, and co-occurring mental health concerns, including healthcare professionals and first responders. My clients often describe me as warm and direct: I offer genuine care and the clarity needed for real progress. I have worked across the full continuum of care, from inpatient residential and PHP to specialized IOP groups at the intersection of trauma and addiction. I also support families through individual sessions, support groups, and intensives. In session, you can expect a safe space where you feel seen, respected, and able to move at a pace that actually lasts.

My approach to therapy

My work is trauma-informed and individualized. I use evidence-based approaches including EMDR, inner child work, and somatic healing, and I often weave in mindfulness, meditation, and creative arts when they support the process. I believe trauma recovery is not only about talking through the past. It is also about building new corrective emotional experiences, expanding spontaneity, and helping the body and nervous system feel safer. Together we look at old patterns with compassion, then practice skills that help you respond differently in real life. Sessions are collaborative, experiential when useful, and grounded in what you need that day.

What you can expect from me

You can expect to leave sessions with more self-awareness, steadier emotional skills, and a clearer sense of your own strength. We work toward releasing patterns that no longer serve you, building resilience, and reclaiming a greater sense of emotional freedom. Over time, many clients feel more grounded in their bodies, more able to stay present in relationships, and more confident navigating stress, trauma reminders, or recovery. My goal is that you feel supported and empowered throughout the work, and that the tools we practice together hold up outside the therapy room.
