Great to meet you!

I am a dual-certified Advanced Practice Registered Nurse in both family and psychiatric mental health, with over 20 years of diverse healthcare experience. My background allows me to approach care with a comprehensive understanding of both physical and mental health, ensuring that treatment plans are wellrounded and thoughtfully tailored to each client.

I am proud to offer services in both English and Spanish, creating a more accessible and comfortable experience for a diverse range of clients and families. I work with individuals across the lifespan, beginning at age 4, and strive to provide care that is developmentally appropriate, culturally sensitive, and aligned with each person’s unique needs.

My clinical focus includes the evaluation and treatment of ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Anxiety, Depression, Insomnia, Bipolar Disorder, Trauma-related conditions, and Substance Use Disorders. I am committed to using evidence-based practices while also recognizing that each person’s journey is different. there is no one-size-fits-all approach to mental health. My goal is to create a space where you feel supported, understood, and empowered to take an active role in your care and overall well-being.

My approach to therapy

My approach to care is compassionate, collaborative, and rooted in the belief that every individual deserves to feel heard, understood, and empowered in their mental health. I provide a safe, nonjudgmental space where patients can openly share their experiences and goals.

I take a holistic and personalized approach, considering not only symptoms but also lifestyle, relationships, culture, and overall well-being. Treatment plans are tailored to each client and may include medication management, supportive therapy, and practical strategies to improve daily functioning and quality of life

What you can expect from me

During your first session, the client can expect a welcoming, supportive, and judgment-free environment where your story truly matters. This initial visit is all about getting to know the experiences, concerns, goals, and what brought the client to seek care at this time.

We’ll complete a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation, which includes discussing your mental health history, current symptoms, medical background, lifestyle factors, and any previous treatments.
