Great to meet you!

I have a Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy and am a bilingual Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I strive to create a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where you can show up exactly as you are and feel empowered to create meaningful change. My professional experience working with children, adolescents, and adults has equipped me to support individuals through a variety of challenges. I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, self-esteem concerns, emotional regulation, relationship difficulties, and coping with everyday life stressors.

My approach to therapy

As a bilingual therapist, I am passionate about providing culturally responsive care and helping clients feel comfortable expressing themselves in the language that feels most natural to them. Whether you are seeking support during a difficult season or looking to build healthier coping skills and stronger relationships, I am committed to walking alongside you on your journey toward healing and personal growth.

What you can expect from me

During your first session, we will take time to get to know each other and begin building a trusting therapeutic relationship. I will invite you to share what brings you to therapy, your current challenges, your goals, and any important experiences that have shaped your journey. This first session is an opportunity for you to ask questions, learn about the therapy process, and discuss what support may be most helpful for you.
