Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor with over a decade of experience in mental healthcare. I hold a master’s degree in counseling and am fully licensed in Missouri. I'm also trained in EMDR therapy. I work primarily with adults and teens navigating trauma, ADHD, anxiety, and life transitions. My work is grounded in compassion, cultural awareness, and a belief that people are doing the best they can with the tools they have—and can grow with the right support. As someone who deeply values authenticity, I bring a warm, non-judgmental presence to every session

My approach to therapy

I take a collaborative, person-centered, and trauma-informed approach. I incorporate evidence-based practices like Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Attachment Based Therapy, always tailoring sessions to your individual needs and learning style. I believe in balancing emotional insight with practical strategies, and I work to help you build resilience, process past experiences, and feel more in control of your present.

What you can expect from me

You can expect to leave sessions feeling seen, supported, and equipped with tools that fit your life. My goal is to help you understand your patterns, manage emotions more effectively, and connect more deeply with your strengths. Over time, you’ll gain clarity, confidence, and a greater sense of calm and direction.
