Great to meet you!

Are you or your loved one navigating a difficult transition? You don’t have to go through it alone. I provide a warm, welcoming, and non-judgmental space where healing and growth can begin.

With over 10 years of experience, I specialize in working with children, adolescents, young adults, and adults facing life’s many challenges. I also offer supportive counseling for couples and families who are striving to reconnect and communicate more effectively.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach is grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Empowerment Therapy. These evidence-based approaches help clients build on their strengths, reframe unhelpful thoughts, and increase confidence in their ability to navigate life’s obstacles. My goal is to support you in recognizing your own power, voice, and potential.
