Howdy! My name is Erika and I really want to be a part of your healing journey. I specialize in substance use & addiction, anxiety, eating disorders, depression, and trauma. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in private practice and have received specialized education and training in the above areas.
You'll never catch me in a blazer or heels, I prefer jeans and flannel. My approach is open-minded, strengths-based, and real (no bullsh*t here). I've been to the pits of hell and clawed my way out (with the help of a therapist) and now I would like to help you do the same.
The goal of our first session is to get comfortable with each other. We may set more detailed goals but ultimately we need to first like each other!
