My approach to therapy
I want everyone to have access to mental health services. I know it's a big deal to just start looking for a therapist, so when we meet I want you to feel safe and seen and validated. I have a calm presence and am ready to meet you where you're at (figuratively speaking, since this is telehealthđ).
What you can expect from me
My intention is that clients will leave our sessions knowing they've got someone in their corner who genuinely cares about them. I want to help them realize their strengths while also accessing new tools to support the season they're in now.
