I love doing this work! I consider it a great privilege to walk alongside my clients, to partner with them, support them in their journey, and witness their growth.

My approach to therapy

I want everyone to have access to mental health services. I know it's a big deal to just start looking for a therapist, so when we meet I want you to feel safe and seen and validated. I have a calm presence and am ready to meet you where you're at (figuratively speaking, since this is telehealth😉).

What you can expect from me

My intention is that clients will leave our sessions knowing they've got someone in their corner who genuinely cares about them. I want to help them realize their strengths while also accessing new tools to support the season they're in now.
