Great to meet you!

Erika Kyte has several years of experience counseling teens and adults. She is passionate about supporting individuals in increasing self-awareness and making intentional life choices. Erika would love to share some techniques with you for your journey while supporting you compassionately along the way.

My approach to therapy

As a longtime yoga enthusiast and certified instructor, I enjoy incorporating breathwork and mindfulness as techniques for clients to create a pause, access heartfelt intentions, and start living more intentionally. In session, I am focused on helping cultivate a space for self-exploration while supporting you compassionately along the way. Frequently, clients like to continue the work between sessions by practicing new techniques or styles of communication.

What you can expect from me

I have always been passionate about all people being treated as individuals with rights and gifts to share and validated by those around them through empathy and effective communication. I bring this to sessions as well as cultivating these tools in clients. Hopefully, for a butterfly effect... :)
