Great to meet you!

My passion for this work grew out of my own experiences witnessing how resilience, connection, and compassionate support can transform lives. This inspired me to pursue a career in mental health, where I could walk alongside others on their healing journeys.

I earned my Master's degree in Social Work from UCLA, and I have over a decade of experience working in community mental health, hospitals, and private practice. Over time, I have developed expertise in supporting individuals through trauma, relationship challenges, life transitions, and managing stress and anxiety.

My approach to therapy

I use a trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and strengths-based approach, integrating evidence-based practices such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), EMDR, mindfulness, and solution-focused techniques. My style is warm and engaging, as therapy should feel like a supportive and collaborative partnership.

What you can expect from me

In our sessions, you can expect a balance of support, directness, practical strategies, and deeper self-reflection. My aim is for you to leave having a deeper understanding of your concerns and feeling better equipped to handle life’s challenges.
