Therapy sessions integrate cognitive behavioral, insight oriented, and solution focused techniques and offers a personalized approach tailored to each client. I work with each individual to help you build on your strengths and attain the personal growth you are committed to accomplishing and get back to living your life again.

A session with me typically lasts for 50 minutes, although session length may vary depending on the individual's specific needs and preferences. My role is to listen, understand, and support, always adopting a nonjudgmental approach. During our time together, we'll explore a variety of counseling techniques tailored to each individual needs.
