Great to meet you!

Is this you? toddler at your feet, baby on your hip, sink full of dishes...you feel exhausted & overwhelmed. Every day is groundhog day.

Or this?: Running to athletic practices, teen angst, attitudes, closed doors & eye rolls.

I'm passionate about empowering moms like you because I've been there. I know what it's like to feel burnt out and hide in the closet just to catch a break, while still loving your kids more than you thought was humanly possible. It takes a village; let's make one together!

My approach to therapy

Together we'll find practical solutions to help you care for yourself unapologetically. I'm gentle and validating- we'll face the hard and heavy together. I utilize various modalities (CBT, DBT, SFBT, etc) in a flexible way. I work through an eclectic lens to help you ask questions, challenge and change things that no longer serve you, & find a deeper understanding of yourself/others. I want to help you to walk through life with compassion and confidence as you pursue what truly matters to you!

What you can expect from me

You can expect to walk away from sessions feeling validated, empowered, and with a better understanding of yourself and others. We can explore self-esteem, self-care, boundaries, attachment, beliefs, values, thought patterns, parenting, relationships, trauma, healthy communication-the possibilities are endless! You'll also work on implementing what you learn to reduce stressors and improve mental wellness. We’ll problem solve and readjust as necessary. You're not alone-your needs matter.
