Great to meet you!

Welcome to my profile! I has several years of experience treating adults, children, and families. I specializes in trauma, anxiety, and depression. I believe that everyone is unique and deserves a unique counseling experience tailored to their needs.

My approach to therapy

As your therapist, you will get someone who is authentic, straightforward, down-to-earth, and open-minded. My job is to listen to you, encourage you, walk beside you, and yes, sometimes challenge your perspective.

I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Spiritual/Transpersonal Therapy treatment modalities. CBT focuses on how thoughts influence our emotions and behavior. Spiritual Therapy focuses on the body, mind and health of a person’s spirit.

What you can expect from me

There is more to life than existing and living through the pain; more than being a mother, spouse, friend, employee, daughter or son. Getting through the challenges and roadblocks can sometimes feel insurmountable and confusing. My goal is to help you see the beauty of life, find meaning and sustainable joy. When you are ready, I am here to help.
