Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm Erika, a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). I'm a warm and down-to-earth person who will work to help you feel truly heard and understood. Deciding to enter into therapy is not always an easy decision but I am here to walk with you in this journey. Therapy can be a place where you can work to make sense of what you may be experiencing in life and begin to move forward one day at a time.

My approach to therapy

My goal is to meet you where you are at through compassion and understanding as we work together through life's challenges, and transitions. My approach is collaborative and goal oriented in helping you identify practical coping strategies that will work best for you.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we will get to know one another, talk about what brought you in and what you're hoping for. My priority is to creating a safe place where you feel heard, comfortable, and understood. Together, we'll explore your strengths, identify areas you'd like to work on, and begin developing a plan that feels meaningful and achievable to you.
