Great to meet you!

I’m a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, and I bring both professional expertise and lived experience into the therapy room. As a trauma survivor myself, I understand how complex trauma, narcissistic abuse, and emotionally unsafe relationships can quietly shape the way we see ourselves, our boundaries, and our sense of safety in the world. I work with children and adults healing from sexual abuse, domestic violence, narcissistic abuse, Family Scapegoat Abuse, and emotionally neglectful or high-conflict family environments.

Many people come to therapy feeling disconnected from themselves, unsure how to trust their instincts, or stuck in patterns of self-doubt and people-pleasing. If this feels familiar, you are not broken—and you are not alone. My approach is warm, steady, and compassionate, grounded in evidence-based trauma treatment and a deep respect for the nervous system and attachment. I strive to create a space where you feel safe, understood, and supported as you reconnect with yourself and move toward healing at your own pace.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is trauma-informed, gentle, and collaborative. I help clients understand how trauma shapes the nervous system, identity, and relationships, while moving at a pace that feels safe. Sessions are grounded in empathy, respect, and emotional safety, with no pressure to push beyond your readiness.

I use a modern, neuroscience-informed approach that blends relational and body-based therapies. Rather than trying to “fix” you, we honor your symptoms as adaptive responses and gently build regulation, clarity, and self-trust. As a trauma survivor myself, I bring both clinical skill and lived understanding. I would be honored to support your healing.

What you can expect from me

In your first session, you can expect a calm, supportive space where we move at a pace that feels manageable for you. We’ll talk about what’s bringing you to therapy now, what you’re hoping for, and any questions or concerns you may have. You won’t be asked to share details of traumatic experiences before you’re ready—my focus is on helping you feel safe, grounded, and understood. I’ll also take time to explain how therapy with me works, what you can expect from our work together, and how I help keep the space safe and supportive. Many clients leave the first session feeling more oriented, validated, and less alone, with a clearer sense of whether this feels like a good fit moving forward.
