Great to meet you!

Hello, and welcome.

I'm Dr. Erika Notice, DNP, APRN, FNP-C, PMHNP-BC, a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and Doctor of Nursing Practice with more than seven years of experience caring for patients across a variety of healthcare settings.

I founded CorePath Psychiatry & Wellness with a simple belief:

Mental health care should help people do more than survive; it should help them regain stability, restore confidence, and thrive in every area of life.

Whether you're experiencing anxiety, depression, burnout, mood changes, difficulty concentrating, overwhelming stress, or simply feel like you're no longer functioning at your best, my goal is to provide thoughtful, evidence-based care that is personalized to your unique needs.

My approach to therapy

At CorePath Psychiatry & Wellness, I believe that effective psychiatric care begins with understanding the whole person, not just a diagnosis or a list of symptoms. Every individual's experiences, strengths, goals, and life circumstances are unique, and treatment should reflect that.

My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and evidence-based.

I strive to create a supportive, judgment-free environment where clients feel heard, respected, and actively involved in decisions about their care. My goal is to help individuals not only reduce symptoms but also improve daily functioning, strengthen coping skills, and regain confidence in their personal and professional lives.

What you can expect from me

During your first appointment, I'll take the time to understand your concerns, symptoms, personal history, and treatment goals through a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation. My priority is to create a welcoming, confidential, and judgment-free environment where you feel heard, respected, and comfortable asking questions.

Together, we'll develop an individualized treatment plan that may include medication management, education, and personalized wellness strategies tailored to your needs. By the end of the session, you'll have a clearer understanding of your diagnosis (when appropriate), recommended next steps, and a collaborative plan to support your mental health and overall well-being.
