Great to meet you!

As a licensed clinical social worker, I strive to validate your experiences and emotions, recognizing the complexity of your journey. My practice focuses on treating the whole person while honoring unique experiences and identities. I am always honored to be able to support individuals during different stages of their life as they begin or continue their therapy journey.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach is rooted in a strengths-based perspective, where we focus on what you do well and how we can build on those abilities to foster growth and resilience. I enjoy working with individuals who are experiencing life stressors including relationship stress, grief/loss, and stage of life changes. I can also be helpful in supporting those who experience symptoms of Depression, Anxiety, Adjustment Disorder, ADHD, PTSD, Bipolar and OCD.

What you can expect from me

My goal is to create a safe and supportive environment where adults and young adults can explore their challenges, understand their emotions, and develop effective coping strategies. Utilizing evidence-based practices to help clients identify negative thought patterns and behaviors, replacing them with healthier perspectives.
