Great to meet you!

Relationships have the power to bring us comfort, but they can also become one of life's greatest sources of stress when communication breaks down, trust is strained, or conflict begins to feel like the norm. Whether you're navigating challenges within your family, your relationship, or your own personal life, you deserve a space where you don't have to carry those burdens alone. I provide virtual therapy for children, adolescents, adults, seniors, couples, and families throughout Florida. Many of the people I work with are seeking support for family issues, relationship concerns, substance use, and anxiety, while also navigating stress, ADHD, anger, trauma, PTSD, women's issues, or life experiences that often influence the way we connect with ourselves and others. With 15 years of clinical experience, my goal is to help you strengthen relationships, build resilience, and create meaningful, lasting change.

My approach to therapy

I believe meaningful change begins when you feel safe enough to be honest and supported enough to grow. Therapy isn't about being told what to do. It's about working together to understand what's happening beneath the surface, recognizing patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and building practical tools that fit your life. You may have come to therapy because of relationship conflict or family challenges, only to realize those experiences are closely connected to anxiety, chronic stress, unresolved trauma, anger, substance use, or difficulties with attention and focus. These challenges rarely exist in isolation, and together we'll explore how they're influencing one another so we can create meaningful, lasting change. Depending on your goals, I may incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to reshape unhelpful thinking patterns, Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to process difficult experiences, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy to help you respond more flexibly to life's challenges, Motivational Interviewing to strengthen lasting change, Solution Focused Therapy to identify achievable next steps, or family systems, structural family, experiential, parent management, mindfulness based, and psychoeducational approaches when they best support you and your needs

What you can expect from me

Beginning therapy can feel like a big step, but you don't need to have everything figured out before we meet. During our first few sessions, we'll take time to understand your story, identify the challenges that matter most to you, and create goals that reflect what you want life and your relationships to look like moving forward. As therapy progresses, you'll have a space where you can communicate openly, explore new perspectives, develop healthier coping strategies, and practice skills that support lasting growth outside of our sessions. My hope is that you'll leave therapy with stronger relationships, greater confidence in yourself, and practical tools that help you navigate future challenges with resilience. Whenever you're ready, I'd be honored to support you on your journey.
