Great to meet you!

Starting therapy is a brave and meaningful step, and I’m here to walk alongside you with compassion and care. I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over 15 years of experience in the mental health field.

I specialize in working with children, preteens, teens, and young adults who are navigating emotional, behavioral, or developmental challenges. Many of my clients are struggling with anxiety, trauma, emotional regulation, identity, or family-related stress.

My approach to therapy

My approach to care is warm, engaging, and grounded in trust. I believe in creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients, especially children and families, feel seen, heard, and empowered. Whether through play, conversation, or structured techniques, I meet clients where they are and support them with empathy and patience. I believe that effective therapy begins with a strong therapeutic relationship, where clients feel safe, seen, and supported.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll focus on building trust and understanding. I’ll ask questions to learn about you or your child’s background, concerns, and goals for therapy. It’s completely normal to feel a little nervous; there’s no pressure to share more than you’re comfortable with.
