As a therapist, I am committed to providing a non-judgmental space where you can free safe to explore your emotions and experiences. I have experience and training in working with children, teens, families and young adults. I also on issues related to anxiety, trauma, mood, and neurodivergence. My approach is compassionate and empathetic, aiming to build a therapeutic relationship founded on trust and collaboration.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I have received comprehensive training in various therapeutic approaches, including cognitive behavioral therapy, narrative therapy, attachment-focused therapy, trauma-focused therapy CBT and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). This diverse range of training allows me to tailor my approach to meet the unique needs of each client.

By utilizing an individualized approach, I can adapt my therapeutic techniques to best support each client's goals and preferences.

Clients can expect a supportive, nonjudgmental space to gain insights and skills, fostering positive change. They'll develop self-understanding, challenge negative thoughts, process trauma, and build healthier attachments. For children and teens, I incorporate play and art to help them express themselves and meet developmental needs.
