Great to meet you!

I help children, adolescents, and families create a safe and supportive space where kids can build confidence, develop healthy coping skills, improve emotional regulation, and feel more connected both at home and in everyday life.

Ofrezco terapia en inglés y español. Watching your child struggle with anxiety, sadness, trauma, grief, or behavioral challenges can feel overwhelming for the entire family. Many of the children and teens I work with feel misunderstood, emotionally overwhelmed, or unsure how to express what they’re experiencing.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with a background in General Psychology, I am dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based care for children, teens, and adults. I believe therapy is not one-size-fits-all; therefore, I specialize in both individual and family therapy, tailoring my approach to meet each person's unique needs and developmental stage.

My approach to therapy

I use a compassionate, trauma-informed approach that helps children and teens feel emotionally safe, supported, and understood.

Together, we work on building coping skills, processing difficult emotions, improving communication, strengthening family relationships, and helping children better manage anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and behavioral challenges. I integrate CBT, TF-CBT, play therapy, mindfulness, and evidence-based strategies tailored to each child’s developmental needs.

What you can expect from me

Starting therapy can feel like a big step for both children and parents. In our first session, we’ll focus on understanding your child’s needs, what challenges your family is currently facing, and what goals feel most important moving forward.

My goal is to create a welcoming, supportive environment where children, teens, and parents feel safe, heard, and comfortable throughout the process.
