Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who specializes in trauma-focused care, anxiety, depression, life transitions, psychosis, couples, and family therapy. I received my Master's in Clinical Psychology at Pepperdine University, interned at the LGBTQ Center OC, and have worked for over three years in community mental health, providing services to low-income diverse communities.

I also provide affirmative therapy for those who identify within the LGBTQIA2S+ community and bilingual services to the Spanish-speaking communities.

My approach to therapy

I provide services in Spanish and English. I aim to create a space where you feel comfortable, supported, and understood. We’ll work together to shape therapy around what you need, at a pace that feels right for you.

My approach is flexible and down-to-earth, drawing from different styles depending on what works best for you.

What you can expect from me

The first session will help set the tone for your therapy experience. Together, we will look into the current barriers, stressors, and goals of therapy to develop a treatment plan that works best for you. I will be there to guide the conversation and answer any questions before we move forward.
