Chronic Conditions, Family Issues, Identity Issues, LGBTQIA+, and Trauma

Great to meet you!

I specialize in working with children, families, parents, and individuals who are (or are wondering if they are...) some combination of LGBTQ and/or neurodivergent. I have extensive personal and professional experience with families navigating court-involvement and systems involvement.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I do not provide ongoing long-term therapy at this time. I provide short-term evaluation and psychoeducation services for those looking to access gender-affirming care, teens/adults looking for evaluation/clarification of neurodivergent status, and those looking for other types of brief assessment (such as systems-involved families or individuals needing a formal mental health evaluation). I can complete an interview and records review for those looking to update disability documentation. I do not perform formal developmental assessment of children at this time, but can consult with parents of infants, toddlers, and children regarding developmental or emotional concerns and can provide an initial evaluation and suggestions for next steps.

What you can expect from our first session

I am able to provide gender-affirming letters and other documentation to assist individuals and families.
