Great to meet you!

Navigating life's challenges can be tough, especially when grief and anxiety feel overwhelming. Thank you for reaching out, even when mustering the strength to do so feels difficult. I'm here to provide the support and guidance you need.

I'm Erika Silva, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist specializing in virtual therapy for adolescents and young adults experiencing grief and anxiety.

I look forward to working with you.

A bit about my approach to therapy

In my work I strive for self-reflection and encourage the exploration of difficult, often avoided emotions. My purpose is to help you examine those emotions and thoughts blocking your recovery. We will work together on how to utilize your strengths, modify distorted thinking, and develop a healthier inner voice. We will also work together to improve your self-care and develop a plan for symptom management.

What you can expect from our first session

I am dedicated to creating an empathetic and non-judgmental space to support your journey toward growth and healing.
