Great to meet you!

Hello!

A Harvard and Stanford trained trauma therapist and clinical neuropsychologist, I am passionate about helping individuals find themselves after trauma, chronic illness and major life changes. People who have experienced major events or illnesses often feel overwhelmed, uncertain, and stuck. They worry that this will go on forever. I offer inclusive, compassionate, goal-oriented, integrative treatments, supported by science, so you can move toward your better life.

My approach to therapy

My approach is open and collaborative. I aim to create a space of understanding and unconditional support on your path to wellness. We will delve into your thoughts, feelings, and values. You are the expert on yourself. My expertise is in helping people achieve their goals and reduce suffering.

What you can expect from me

During our first sessions, we will collaborate to foster understanding and develop a working plan that facilitates lasting change. Most clients feel improvement within the first few sessions, with continued improvement or recovery in 6 months. Change can be scary but clients often tell me they feel relieved and renewed after sessions.
