My approach to therapy

You don’t have to wait for anxiety or self-doubt to disappear before you start living fully.

I use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)—an evidence-based approach—to help you move through anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, and life transitions.

🌿 How We Work: Honest, collaborative, and direct, with a blend of humor, insightful metaphors, and real-time exercises.

🌿 What We Focus On: Identifying root causes, untangling from difficult emotions, and clarifying what you actually value.

🌿 The Goal: Practical, evidence-based treatment that reduce symptoms, build compassion, and help you take bold, values-driven steps.

What you can expect from me

🌿 Step 1: Your Free Consultation (15-30 mins) Finding the right psychologist is essential. During our complimentary consultation, we’ll discuss your needs and ensure my approach aligns with your goals. If another specialist would serve you better, I’ll gladly connect you with trusted referrals.

🌿 Step 2: The Initial Assessment (60 mins) Once we decide to partner together, we’ll dive deeper in an initial assessment session. We’ll explore your history, clarify your vision for therapy, and outline a personalized treatment plan—typically starting with weekly therapy sessions—to build a strong foundation for your growth.
