Great to meet you!

As a bilingual Spanish/English therapist, I understand how culture, immigration, family dynamics, and intergenerational experiences can shape the way we heal and connect with ourselves and others. I offer a warm, supportive space where your full story is welcomed, your experiences are honored, and you can explore healing at your own pace. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, anxious, emotionally stuck, or simply ready to better understand yourself, therapy can help you reconnect with who you are and move forward with greater clarity and confidence. I currently provide virtual therapy throughout New York and welcome individuals and families from diverse backgrounds who are ready to create meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and trauma-informed, with a focus on creating a safe space where you feel seen, heard, and understood. I integrate CBT, somatic and body-aware approaches, inner-child work, and shadow work to help you develop greater self-awareness, emotional resilience, and self-compassion. I believe healing is personal, so I meet you where you are and work at a pace that feels supportive and meaningful for you. Together, we explore the patterns, experiences, and relationships that may be keeping you stuck while building healthier ways to cope, connect, and move forward.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a warm, welcoming, and judgment-free space where we begin getting to know you, your story, and what brings you to therapy. We’ll explore your current concerns, goals, strengths, and the patterns or experiences that may be affecting your emotional well-being. Together, we’ll identify what you would like to work toward in therapy and begin creating a personalized approach that feels supportive and realistic for you. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, understood, and with a clearer sense of direction for your healing journey.
