Great to meet you!

I am a licensed professional counselor that has been in the field for over 20 years. I have been licensed for 16 years and have a strong background in indovidual therapy utilizing cognitive behavioral therapy and a whole person approach.

I offer a warm, compassionate, and nonjudgmental space where you can feel heard, understood, and safe exploring the challenges that may be keeping you feeling stuck.

I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, mood concerns, loss, addictions, relationship challenges, stress, and life transitions . My goal is to walk alongside you as you gain greater insight, build on your strengths, and move toward a life that feels more balanced, fulfilling, and aligned with who you want to be.

I have been licensed for over 16 years in the state of Connecticut. I have my masters degree in clinical counseling psychology. For over 20 years, I have worked as an individual therapist, inoatient and out patie t settings for Yale medical school among other settings.

My approach to therapy

I believe that a strong therapeutic relationship, where we focus on your goals with attention to the connection between the mind and body, to identify barriers and discover pathways toward meaningful change.

I have an open style of communication during therapy. A conversational style therapy, active listening, motivational interviewing, cognitive, behavioral therapy, positive psychology, and solution based therapy.
