My hope is that when life presents you with the unexpected, that here you will find validation, healing and support. A PNW native and person of color, I’ve been a practicing mental health therapist in the area for over 18 years. My experience has primarily encompassed LGBTQIA2S+, BIPOC, and neurodivergent populations, those seeking identity-affirming and kink-friendly/sex-positive care, substance abuse treatment, and those struggling with grief, mood disorders and life transitions.
I see the counseling process through an individual, tailored lens. Some presenting concerns require a more compassion-focused and person-centered pathway while others benefit from a strengths-based and solution-focused approach. Collectively, we can work to determine the best fit for you.
My job is to meet you where you are at and also to cultivate an environment where you feel seen, heard and understood without judgment. Creating hope and finding direction through empathy is the goal.
