Great to meet you!

I am a very direct, cerebral introvert who likes to cut through the noise and get to what matters. I have spent more than 20 years listening to people’s stories, perspectives, and patterns, and I believe meaningful change happens when people take ownership of their lives and choices. I work with clients who are navigating anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, relationship issues, and feeling stuck in patterns that are no longer working. I value insightful conversations, honest reflection, and practical movement toward change. My goal is to help you understand yourself more clearly, build on your resilience, and take concrete steps toward the life you want.

My approach to therapy

I prefer solution-focused therapy, brief therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) because I want our work to have a clear direction and an observable, measurable end goal. These approaches are especially helpful for clients dealing with anxiety, depression, stress management, and life transitions because they focus on changing patterns, strengthening coping skills, and building on what is already working. I also encourage reflection, between-session practice, and real-world application so therapy does not stay stuck in theory. My style is active, practical, and focused on helping you use your own resilience and strengths to move forward.

What you can expect from me

The first session is about getting right to the heart of the issue, identifying what is not working, and beginning to define what success would look like for you. We will focus on what brought you to therapy, what patterns are keeping you stuck, and what goals feel realistic and important. Whether you are dealing with anxiety, depression, stress, or a major life transition, I want you to leave with more clarity and a stronger sense of direction. I help clients focus on the present, keep an eye on the future, and build from the resilience and supports they already have.
