Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) with over 10 years of experience providing evidence-based therapy to adults. I work primarily with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, grief and loss, women’s issues, and major life transitions. I also support clients dealing with stress, relationship challenges, identity concerns, maternal mental health, infertility, family dynamics, and trauma, including PTSD. I earned my master’s degree in Clinical Counseling Psychology from Assumption College and have advanced training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and practical. I believe meaningful change happens when clients feel understood while also being gently challenged to build new insight and skills. Drawing from CBT and other evidence-based practices, I tailor treatment to your specific goals, helping you better understand patterns, regulate emotions, and shift beliefs that may be keeping you stuck.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a thoughtful, low-pressure conversation focused on understanding what brings you to therapy and what you hope to gain from it. We’ll discuss your concerns, relevant history, and immediate priorities, while also beginning to outline a plan that feels manageable and aligned with your needs. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, supported, and clear about next steps.
