Welcome! I am a licensed clinical psychologist in Tennessee with over 10 years of experience. I have assisted clients with a variety of concerns; including anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, post-traumatic stress, ADHD, relationship problems, and sleep difficulties. I have helped people with chronic pain and disability.

My approach to therapy

My counseling style is warm, compassionate, and aimed at empowering my clients to make positive changes in their lives. My approach combines motivational interviewing with cognitive-behavioral, humanistic, and solution-focused techniques.
