Great to meet you!

If you're navigating a major life transition, trauma, anxiety, or depression, you don't have to sort through it alone. I bring over two decades of experience in clinical practice,

community and mental health, and health equity work to every session, with a grounded, compassionate, and systemic lens. My goal is to help you move forward toward real, lasting well-being. Throughout my career—ranging from front line clinical care and crisis stabilization to directing system-wide health equity initiatives—my work has centered on helping individuals navigate complex life transitions, mental illness, trauma, and systemic barriers to well-being.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach is collaborative, empowering, and tailored to meet you where you are. Whether you are dealing with anxiety, trauma, depression, or major life changes, I strive to create a warm, open-minded, and non-judgmental space where you can explore your experiences, build resilience, and foster meaningful personal growth.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a collaborative, low-pressure space focused entirely on you. We will discuss what brings you in, what you hope to achieve through therapy, and how we can work together. My goal is to ensure you feel heard, supported, and confident in our plan moving forward before taking the next steps together.
