Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a background in both clinical and creative work. I specialize in stress and anxiety, hopelessness and depression, developing boundaries, and navigating self-criticism and perfectionism. In addition to being a therapist, I’m also an actress and love supporting fellow creatives in their personal growth and navigating the unique challenges that arise from pursuing the creative arts,

My approach to therapy

I utilize a trauma-informed approach combining elements of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Somatic Therapy while working collaboratively to ensure your specific goals are being met. I approach my clients holistically—not as ‘problems to solve’ but as humans with rich histories and capacities to change. I strive to make sure we are always on the same page regarding your treatment needs, and invite a space of collaboration in our work together.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a supportive environment to show up as yourself and be met with warmth, compassion, and non-judgement. Together we will work to uncover how past experiences impact your current functioning and will collaborate to develop an arsenal of coping skills to successfully navigate stressors as they arise.
