Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who believes therapy doesn’t have to feel stiff, intimidating, or overly clinical. I bring warmth, humor, curiosity, and genuine connection into the therapy session, while also being someone who will gently challenge you when it can help you grow.

My background includes working with children, adolescents, and adults across various treatment settings. I’ve supported individuals navigating anxiety, trauma, relationship difficulties, emotional dysregulation, behavioral concerns, identity development, and major life transitions. These experiences have shaped me into a therapist who is comfortable sitting with the messy, complicated parts of life without judgment and who adapts my approach to meet each person’s developmental stage and unique needs.

As a therapist, I’m especially interested in the ways our past experiences and relationships influence how we see ourselves, connect with others, and respond when we feel hurt, rejected, overwhelmed, or uncertain. I take a trauma-informed and relationship-focused approach while recognizing that therapy should never feel one-size-fits-all. Whether I’m working with a child, adolescent, or adult, I strive to create a safe, supportive space where clients can feel understood and empowered to grow.

I value authenticity, humor, meaningful relationships, and creating a life that actually feels good rather than simply looking good from the outside. My hope is that when you sit down with me, you feel comfortable being yourself, exploring what brings you to therapy, and working together toward meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

In our sessions, you can expect a collaborative approach that balances reflection with practical strategies. I tailor our work to what you need, whether that means processing experiences, recognizing patterns, building coping skills, or finding new ways to navigate relationships and everyday challenges.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and talk about what brought you to therapy. We’ll explore what’s been going on, what you hope to get out of therapy, and what feels most important to you right now. There’s no pressure to share everything at once. We’ll move at a pace that feels comfortable and begin figuring out what you’d like our work together to look like.
