Great to meet you!

I have several years experience in family therapy and have been trained as an advance practice grief counselor. I enjoy supporting people with exploring their spirituality as well if this is something they are interested in. I have experience working in inpatient settings, residential settings, and community based settings. I have degrees in Rehabilitation Counseling and Communication.

My approach to therapy

Often times, people come into counseling without knowing what their goals are. I enjoy meeting people where they are at and starting from square one to determine goals and make a plan for reaching them. I specialize in family systems as well as grief processing. I also offer spiritual based counseling. Your pets' participation is welcome and encouraged.

What you can expect from me

Our intake session will be mostly getting to know each other, completing necessary paperwork, and starting to set goals. I do not expect clients to have everything figured out in the first session. I am happy to spend as much time needed building trust and rapport.
