I am extremely passionate about helping people to discover the best version of themselves. Life can be difficult and challenging at times. If you find yourself in survival mode struggling to find stability during difficulty times of change, I can help provide you with a safe space to explore and process. Whether it’s chronic illness, anxiety, trauma, depression, or relationship/family distress, I can help you to heal.

My approach to therapy

I provide psychotherapy services to couples, families, and individuals, utilizing evidence-based interventions including EMDR, mindfulness, motivational interviewing, and psychodynamic therapy. I am truly passionate about providing holistic psychotherapeutic services that fit the unique needs of the individual, couple, or family that I am treating.
