Great to meet you!

I graduated from Regent University in 2008 with my PsyD, and I have been a licensed psychologist since 2010. I create a non-judgmental place for clients to explore their thoughts, feelings, behaviors, and experiences. My private practice exclusively provides teletherapy and is ideal for clients who prefer video sessions over in person care. You are welcome to look at my available openings and schedule an initial intake session for yourself. I look forward to meeting you.

My approach to therapy

I collaborate with clients to explore goals and develop individualized plans. I rely upon CBT, MI, solution-focused, and/or time-limited dynamic psychotherapy approaches. I am also interested in working with clients who have been emotionally affected in some way as a result of COVID-19. Through the therapeutic relationship, I hope that you feel safe, heard, and free to try new ways of relating to the self and others.

What you can expect from me

During our time together, it is my hope that you will find the therapeutic space - YOUR space - to be very safe and non-judgmental.
