At the heart of my approach is one simple belief: people grow best in relationships where they feel safe, understood, and genuinely accepted. My priority is building a strong therapeutic relationship where you can show up exactly as you are.
I draw heavily from Schema Therapy to help us understand how early experiences shape the beliefs we hold about ourselves, others, and the world. Once we understand those patterns, we can begin replacing them with healthier ways of thinking, feeling, and relating.
My work also incorporates mindfulness and values-based approaches, helping clients become more present with their experiences while building lives that reflect what matters most to them. I bring warmth, authenticity, humor, and energy into the therapy room, and I'm not afraid to gently challenge you when I think it will help you move toward the life you want. I'll celebrate your strengths, sit with you through the hard moments, and believe in your capacity for growth—even on the days when that's difficult for you to believe yourself.
